前にあった出来事や体験を心に浮かべること。また，その内容。追憶。追想。 「 －にふける」の意味ですと、

memory, memories, recollections, reminiscence, 等

 



 

例文：

This is one of my favorite memories from childhood.

Everybody to my recollection was exhausted after the presentation.

 

昔を思い浮かべる材料となる事柄。 過去の出来事を思い出させるもの。「一生の－となる」 「 －の品」

の意味ですと、

souvenir, memento, reminder, keepsake, 等

 

例文：

Our son’s baby keepsake box is kept in the attic.
