Rookieの発音は、
ROO っキーの様な感じです。
ROO K-EE.
ルーキーではありません。
ROOとKの間に少し音のスペースがあります。
完全に繋げてしまうと、ルーキーみたいな発音になってしまいます。
英語の発音をカタカナで覚える・考えるのは出来るだけ避けたほうが良いですが、カタカナで書いたとすると、
ルッキーみたいな発音になります。
しかし、カタカナ発音のルッキーの「ル」が「R」の発音ではないので、正しい発音はやはり、
ROO K-EE. 音声を聞く

One’sはone（不定代名詞）の所有格です。
One washed one’s clothes.
Onesはoneの複数形です。
The students you have this year seem to be good ones.
ちなみに、”one”（不定代名詞）の意味は、
“any person indefinitely, anyone.”
Youよりoneの方がformalな感じになります。

意味は同じです。

Cup of tea（熟語）の意味は、
“Something that is in accord with one’s liking or taste.”
趣味に合うとか好みの物。
例えば、
Detailed work like this is just my cup of tea.
Not my cup of tea又はnot one’s(his/her/etc.) cup of teaの意味は、
“not one’s choice or preference;
not an activity one enjoys;
not what someone likes or is interested in, etc.”
趣味に合わないとか好まない物。
例えば、
Watching baseball was not Alice’s cup of tea.
“Cup of tea”の熟語はinformalですから、日常会話等で使えます。論文とかではあまり使わないです。
